Known for a data-driven approach, disciplined underwriting, and commitment to investor transparency, Dr. Sattar oversees the full investment cycle—from acquisition and investment structuring to capital improvements and successful exits.
Dr. Sattar began his Real Estate journey in 2020 by founding Emaret Capital Group, a real estate investment firm dedicated to helping accredited investors achieve consistent returns through carefully selected multifamily projects.
Dr. Sattar earned his medical degree from the Aga Khan University of Karachi, Pakistan in 2007. He completed his residency training in Neurology at the University of Wisconsin in 2013. He then joined the Medical College of Wisconsin where he completed his fellowship training in Vascular Neurology and Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology.

Daniel Hamann brings 15 years experience in multifamily acquisition, asset management, and property management in both the Public REIT and Private markets. Before joining Emaret Capital Group, Daniel served as the Executive Vice President of Asset Management for nationwide property management firm with 200+ employees and more than 500 million in assets.
Prior to that, Daniel spent seven years at a Fortune Best Places to work private firm where he oversaw asset management and acquisitions for a 2.2-billion-dollar multifamily portfolio with 25,000 units nationwide.
Daniel got his start in multifamily when he was recruited by Camden Property Trust, REIT (NYSE: CPT) out of Business School.
Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Oklahoma State University and a Master in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University, concentrating in Real Estate and Corporate Finance.
